By downloading or using the LazyCash app, these terms will automatically apply to you – please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual‑property rights related to it, remain the property of Silverfun Games.
Silverfun Games is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear what you are paying for.
LazyCash stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone – doing so may expose your device to malware, compromise its security features, and cause LazyCash to function improperly or not at all.
The app uses third‑party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Silverfun Games cannot take responsibility for certain aspects of the app’s operation. Some functions require an active internet connection, which can be Wi‑Fi or mobile data. If you do not have access to Wi‑Fi and have exhausted your data allowance, the app may not work at full functionality.
If you use the app outside a Wi‑Fi area, your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage or other third‑party fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges when applicable. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.
You must also ensure that your device remains charged; Silverfun Games cannot accept responsibility if a drained battery prevents you from using the service.
While we endeavour to keep LazyCash updated and accurate, we rely on third‑party information and therefore accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience from relying solely on the app’s functionality.
We may update the app periodically. LazyCash is currently available on Android; system requirements may change and you will need to download updates to continue using the app. Silverfun Games does not promise to always update the app to work with your specific Android version, but you agree to accept updates when offered. We may terminate service at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions here.
